The Faculty of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum invites applications for the position of a Professor W3 [m/f/x] in Biochemistry commencing October 1st 2026. The holder of the position will represent the subject of Biochemistry in research and teaching.

First dual degree graduation at RESOLV
Since last year, the Faculty for Chemistry and Biochemistry at Ruhr University Bochum is partnering with Karazin Kharkiv National University in Charkiw (Ukraine) to offer the possibility of obtaining a dual degree.

Prospective students can choose between three Bachelor's degree programs, three English-language and one German-language Master's program to pursue their passion for the natural sciences and receive practical training in a forward-looking subject. Our dedicated lecturers provide them with tailor-made support and offer a first-class education based on the latest research and technology.
