‘The Master's exposé is intended as a brief description of the research project that you wish to carry out as part of your Master's thesis. It should be written in the style of the DFG proposal, but only includes sections 1-3 of the official DFG form (see sample forms). The total length should be 10 pages, at least one third of which should be devoted to the work programme (section 2.3 of the form).’
