Prof. Dr. Rochus Schmidt
Brief Description
Prof. Schmid's research group concentrates on the development and application of theoretical methods for the simulation of complex systems in materials chemistry at the atomic level. Common to all projects is the attempt to develop atomistic models that are able to bridge length and time scales and thus overcome the intrinsic problem in the simulation of material systems.
